5 artists we fell in love with in TSITP

We all know The Summer I Turned Pretty basically belongs to Taylor Swift. From Lover playing when Belly first sees Conrad in Season 1 to Exile soundtracking the end of their relationship, the show is a full-on emotional rollercoaster for Swifties like me.
But beneath the Taylor takeover, the show quietly introduced us to some incredible artists, and these are the ones (or at least some of them) I haven’t stopped listening to since.

  • Fickle Friends
Season 1 gave us Pretty Great, and honestly? It delivers exactly what the title promises. It’s upbeat, chaotic, totally coming-of-age, and injected the burst of serotonin we all needed mid-drama. Hands down my favorite discovery from the series.

  • Reyanna Maria
You cannot talk about Jeremiah Fisher without mentioning So Pretty. It became the official Jere anthem after that iconic scene where he interrupts the deb ball rehearsal, asks Alexa to play it, and starts dancing like no one's watching (but everyone definitely is). Let’s be real, there’s not a single fancam of him on TikTok without this track.

  • Mehro
Reason to Live hit me hard when it played in Season 3, during that phone call where Jeremiah tells Conrad about his delayed graduation. It's soft, sad, and haunting in the best way.

  • Dayglow
There’s a certain magic to the opening of episode 3 in Season 1: everyone’s playing chicken in the pool, the vibe is full summer happiness, and then Conrad walks in. The soundtrack? Can I Call You Tonight? by Dayglow. It's dreamy, a little chaotic, and totally perfect. Straight to the summer playlist it went.

  • The Head and the Heart
Okay, we need to address the elephant in the room: Jeremiah and Belly. Just to be clear, I’m a Conrad girl, always, but the soundtrack to Belly and Jere’s first kiss? Wow. Tiebreaker by The Head and the Heart is so warm and cozy it almost made me switch sides. Almost.
